Refund Policy

We want The Open Door to truly help you. If it doesn't, email us within 30 days of your purchase at salam@theopendoor.shop and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

No return required. You do not need to ship anything back, and you may keep both your paperback and your digital copy. If you'd like, you're welcome to pass your copy on to another mother who might need it.

Digital editions. Because the digital copy is delivered instantly, the same 30-day, no-questions refund applies — simply email us.

How to request a refund. Email salam@theopendoor.shop from the email address you used at checkout, or include your order number. We'll refund your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
