TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. Agreement By purchasing from or using theopendoor.shop (the "Store"), operated by Rockies Media LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before you buy.
  2. The product The Open Door is a book by the author Umm Tasneem, offered as a paperback and/or a digital edition. Product descriptions are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible.
  3. Orders, pricing and payment All prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency. We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel an order (for example in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing error), and to update prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
  4. Digital delivery and license When you buy a digital edition, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to read it for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, upload, or publicly post the book or any part of it. Doing so is a breach of these Terms and of copyright law.
  5. Intellectual property All content of The Open Door — the text, the name, the cover, the logo, and all site materials — is owned by Rockies Media LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark. It may not be reproduced without written permission.
  6. Refunds Purchases are covered by our 30-day, no-questions-asked Refund Policy. Please see the Return and Refund Policy for full details.
  7. Important — the nature of this guidance The Open Door offers faith-based reflection, encouragement, and practical guidance for parents. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you or someone in your family is in crisis or may be at risk of harm, please seek help from a qualified professional or your local emergency services. Any steps you take based on the book are your own decision and responsibility.
  8. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Store or the book. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  9. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  10. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
